Alliance for Global Justice (AFGJ): is a U.S.-based non-profit organization that acts as “fiscal sponsor of more than 90 economic, social justice and human rights projects around the world that do not have their own tax-exempt status.” AFGJ’s parent organization, Red Nicaragua, was founded to support an armed revolution.” The AFGJ defines itself as “anti-capitalist,” “anti-imperialist” and in favor of “participatory democracy as opposed to Western-style liberal democracy,” and states that “we do not criticize the strategies and tactics of authentic organizations of the oppressed.”

Coordinadora Nacional de Trabajadores de la Educación de Baja California (CNTE – BC) It is the democratic wing of teachers committed to the class struggle. Its bases of support are fundamentally in humble communities and have a trajectory of popular struggle, caused to claim the free, secular and socialist character of education in Mexico under the Mexican constitution after the Revolution of 1910.

International Action Center (IAC) The IAC is committed to building broad-based action against America’s wars abroad while fighting racism and the economic exploitation of workers at home. With each mobilization or campaign, the IAC strives to connect struggles and bring together communities of color, women, LBGTI, youth and students, immigrant and labor organizations to build a progressive movement for social justice and change. Its goal is to work for the liberation of all peoples living in the US and around the world. The IAC is “anti-capitalist and anti-imperialist.”

Plataforma de la Clase Obrera Antiimperialista (PCOA) is a world platform that aims to unify the alternative labor and trade union forces to neoliberalism. It was created during the 1st International Meeting of Workers, held in Caracas in August 2019 as part of the international activities agreed upon during the XXV Meeting of the São Paulo Forum organized in Caracas in July 2019. It currently brings together workers, trade union organizations and social organizations from more than 60 countries on 5 continents.

Unión del Barrio is an independent anti-imperialist political organization dedicated to the self-determination of the Mexicano/Latinoamericano people living within the political borders of the United States. We have dedicated ourselves to struggle on behalf of “la raza” to uphold our human, civil and democratic rights in the face of U.S. colonial laws and policies implemented and carried out against us since the U.S. invasion of Mexico in 1848.

Black Lives Matter – OKC was founded in 2016 in the state that is number one in the nation for law enforcement killings of civilians. It is part of a global movement whose mission is to eradicate white supremacy and build local power to intervene against violence inflicted on Black communities. We seek to combat and counter acts of violence, create space for Black sustainability and creativity, advocate for non-racist, non-oppressive policies, demand justice, and develop Black power.

Freedom Road Socialist Organization (FRSO) is a national organization of revolutionaries fighting for socialism in the United States. Our home is in the working class. FRSO members are rooted in the mass movements for justice, particularly in the labor movement and the movements of oppressed nations and nationalities– especially African-Americans and Chicanos. We are also active in the immigrant rights, anti-war, student and youth movements. We are organizing the united front against monopoly capitalism — with the strategic alliance of the multinational working class and oppressed nationality movements at its core. This is our general strategy for revolution in the U.S.

Central de Trabajadores de Cuba (CTC) is the trade union confederation of the Republic of Cuba, founded in 1961, shortly after the triumph of the Revolution. The CTC had its antecedents in the National Workers’ Confederation of Cuba (CNOC), which was considered the first Cuban proletarian central, and which from its beginnings supported and promoted the struggles between classes under the guidance of the Communist Party of Cuba. The Central is made up of approximately 19 national unions. It membership is voluntary. 96% of Cuban workers belong to the CTC.

CODEPINK is a women-led grassroots organization working to end U.S. wars and militarism, support peace and human rights initiatives, and redirect US tax dollars to health care, education, green jobs and other life-affirming programs.

Central Bolivariana Socialista de Trabajadores (CBST) is a workers’ confederation created in November 2011 within the framework of the First Meeting of Workers of the City, the Countryside and the Sea, held in the former state of Vargas. Its structure is made up of a President, a National Directorate, 7 Vice Presidents and 22 Secretaries. It was created with the aim of deepening the Bolivarian Revolution promoted by Commander Hugo Chávez. THE CBST has the affiliation of 17 federations and eight unions. In 2014 it was presented to the International Labor Organization (ILO) as the main workers’ union in the country.

Boston School Bus Drivers Union – Local 8751 represents more than 700 school bus drivers in Boston.

Fire This Time (FTT) promotes in action the unity and active solidarity of all poor and working people, locally and internationally. FTT is committed to organizing workers and the poor from the most targeted and exploited communities in Canada and beyond: communities of color, immigrants, refugees, “illegals”, low-wage workers, people with disabilities, LGBTI, indigenous communities, unemployed and low-income families.

The University of Tijuana is a private university founded in 1994 and based on its guiding principles: “social commitment, respect for diversity, scientific and moral honesty, sense of belonging and identity, critical and reflective attitude, responsibility, solidarity, justice and democracy. Since its foundation, the Institution has become one of the most prestigious universities in Baja California, with a very wide range of training and a high level of research.

Movimiento Magisterial Popular Veracruzano is an alliance of Teachers in the State of Veracruz that is made up of the National Coordinator of Education Workers (CNTE) and the Organization for Trade Union Liberation.

Federación Bolivariana de Trabajadores del Transporte – Sectores Afines y Conexos (FBTTT) brings together unions from the airline sector, cargo transport and logistics, road passenger transport, marine transport and ports, rail transport; as well as allied and related workers to the transport sector. The FBTTT is affiliated with the International Transport Federation.

The Council on Hemispheric Affairs (COHA) is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit independent research and information organization, based in Washington DC. It was established in 1975 by former director Larry Birns to promote the common interests of the hemisphere, raise the visibility of regional affairs, and increase the importance of constructive inter-American relationships.

FUNDALATIN is an organization founded in 1978 by Father Juan Vives Suriá and, since then, has been working on the promotion and defense of human rights and the construction of peace in Latin America, especially at the service of victims of human rights violations. Our organization presents, in national and international instances, proposals and demands to improve the human rights situation of the various sectors of the Latin American population, especially the most vulnerable. This work has allowed FUNDALATIN to be recognized, among others, with the “Messenger of Peace” award from the United Nations Organization in 1987. Since 2015, FUNDALATIN has had United Nations Economic and Social Council Special Consultative Status.

The Interreligious Foundation for Community Organization (IFCO) is a multi-issue national ecumenical agency, which was founded in 1967 by progressive church leaders and activists. For more than four decades, the Interreligious Foundation for Community Organization (IFCO) has assisted hundreds of community organizations and public policy groups – by providing technical assistance, training organizers, making and administering grants, and using our global network of grassroots organizers, clergy, and other professionals to advance the struggles of oppressed people for justice and self-determination.

The Task Force on the Americas has been facilitating People to People Solidarity since 1985. Proceeding from our hope for and commitment to world peace, our mission is to educate North American citizens about realities in the Americas and the role the U.S. plays there, and to provide humanitarian aid and support for projects in those regions. TFA conducts public education events and publishes a quarterly newsletter. We monitor the U.S. role – military, economic and political – in Latin America and respond to human rights violations with appropriate actions, which include an urgent action network. We stand in solidarity with the ALBA nations.

Centro Community Service Organization is a grassroots organization lead by working-class Chicanos and Latinos. CSO organizes against police brutality, to defend public education, and for the legalization of undocumented immigrants in the U.S. CSO fights back in East Los Angeles and Boyle Heights.
